Dr Andrew Li graduated from Sydney University. He did his internship and residency at Concord Hospital. He started his training in radiology in Hong Kong and moved on to King's College Hospital, London where he was admitted a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. Dr Li was Staff Specialist at Nepean Hospital prior to commencing in private practice.
